Factory Town, Hialeah

Developer Avra Jain stands in the future Machine Bar room also called the Boiler Plate on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. Jain, who revived the Vagabond Motel and other MiMo district properties, is now trying to do the same in east Hialeah's industrial district. She is converting a set of warehouses into a hip music, food, and events venue called Factory Town. The outdoor venue on the border of the City of Miami is located in Hialeah at 4800 NW 37th Avenue. Factory town is a master plan of a 276,560 square foot lot. The concept for the master plan is a cluster of buildings holding different programs ranging from marker spaces, markets, retail, entertainment venues, offices, and recreational fields.
